  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over €50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • Condition: Items must be in their original state – unworn, with original packaging, tags, and all accessories
  • Hygiene note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of running or trail shoes that have been worn outside or show signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Shoes worn outside or showing signs of wear
  • Shoes without original packaging or with damaged packaging
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
  • Running or trail shoes that have been worn outside (hygiene reasons)

Refunds

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Exchanges
